This form will allow you to make your application, including uploading any required documents, online. Just follow the steps and answer the questions, that’s all there is to it!
When you complete the first page, you’ll get an email containing your application reference code, and a link. You can use that link to return to a partially completed application and if you need to call us you can use the code to easily tell us which application you want to discuss.
As you move between the steps, your application will be saved. You can return to it and change the information you’ve provided in any step up until you finally submit. Once the application is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email and the application will be locked until it has been processed.
To make changes to a submitted application, please contact us on email@example.com. Paragon Polytechnic partially manages the application process for Paragon Polytechnic. Rest assured, though, you are applying directly to Paragon Polytechnic itself.
Email Contact If you are using an education agent, correspondence related to your application will be sent to them rather than you. If you are not using an agent, it will come directly to you.
By lodging an application through this system, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Even if an agent is lodging an application on your behalf, it is your application and you may contact us directly to discuss it if you choose.
